LGBTQ Catholics and Ministry Inclusivity in our Churches Today
February 26, 2023, 10:00AM - 11:15AM
Religious Education Congress. Anaheim Convention Center, CA.
Is there a need for LGBTQ Ministry in our parishes? What are some common challenges and best practices? What are the most common models of LGBTQ ministry and ministry for parents, their purpose, their advantages and disadvantages? How can one start a ministry in their parish? What are some principles of Doctrine and Pastoral Care that are helpful in this topic? How can we be more inclusive in our daily life? Join Yunuen as she addresses these and other questions. This session will be the beginning of a process of discernment for those who wish to know how to better serve this part of the Body of Christ.
